Call of Duty Ghosts: Retail Copy Leaked Early?

Images have surfaced upon the internet of someone claiming to have an early copy of Call of Duty Ghosts. Initially I thought these images would be a clear fake but actually inspecting the images it does look to be the real deal. The images were posted on tinypic an image sharing website, the game is to be released November 5 2013 pretty much a month away! So what do you guys think?
