Best PS4 console pre-order deals

The next generation of consoles are just around the corner and I’m sure many of us will be looking to find the best deal when pre-ordering their console. The point of this article is to find the best deals for your PlayStation 4 console pre-order so you could spend the money saved towards games or anything else! Also don’t worry – we are based in the UK but will also be hunting around for special deals for US based customers also!

Best UK PS4 console deals

Gameseek – are offering a PlayStation 4 console for £339.75 – a further saving of 2% can be made using Quidco bringing the price down to a £332.95!

Greenman Gaming – are selling the PlayStation 4 console for full price however are giving away £20.00 vouchers to spend towards PS4 software.

Very – are selling the console at retail price however if you are a first time customer you can get 10% off making the final price £322.95 including delivery! You could also make an additional saving using quidco making the console £314.10!

Gamestop Ireland – currently have an in-store only trade in deal where you can get €249.99 if you trade in a PS3 Slim 500GB, €189.99 if you trade in a PS3 Slim 500GB and 2 games from a selected list or €139.99 if you trade in 4 games from the selected list. Which I believe is a really good deal considering you could technically get a cheap console without the hard drive and slot a spare one yourself?

Best US PS4 console deals

Gamestop – are offering 50% extra in-store credit when trading in your games accessories and consoles. A great way to make a saving by getting rid of your unwanted games.

Amazon – are offering a bundle with PS+ and either Battlefield 4 or Killzone Shadow Fall for $499.00 saving you $10.00, great for anyone who was looking to purchase PS+ and either game.

Target – is a good place to buy from if you own a Target REDcard as it gives you 5% off and free delivery effectively making the pre-order $380.00 not to mention the additional savings made on games and accessories.

Now understandably there seems to be more savings to be had in the UK in comparison to the deals found in the US – this is most likely due to the fact that the price offered in the US is technically cheaper overall. Current exchange rates show that $399.00 convert to £259.39 which is an absolute bargain so if anyone is planning on visiting the states it might be a good idea to pick up a PS4 if available as they are region free!
