Mobile Phone – Condition Grade List

Items To Include: Your mobile phone should come with a charger and fully working battery at minimum. Any other additional peripherals including an original box may earn you extra money!

Like New: The mobile phone should be in like new condition with no noticeable damage whatsoever.

Great: The mobile phone should be reasonably clean with few small scratches to the casing which are barely noticeable. No scratches on the screen should be visible.

Good: The mobile phone is still in clean and tidy condition but has signs of use. Some small chips to the casing are permitted.

Fair: The mobile phone may have several scratches and/or dents/chips to the casing with some scratches on the screen. No dents or scrapes on the screen.

Poor: The mobile phone has severe signs of use. There are a lot of scratches over the casing and on the screen. Although the device is still fully functional.

Engraved phones: If your mobile phone is engraved, please mark down one condition than what the mobile phone actually is. So if your mobile phone is in Like New condition, please mark it as Great condition.

Selling a mobile phone or device which you do not own may amount to a criminal offence. Gadget Mill support and adhere to the ‘Stop Stolen Mobiles Being Recycled’ code of practice set by the Home Office and the National Mobile Phone Crime Unit.

We will check the IMEI/Serial number of all mobile phones and devices received on the CheckMEND (www.checkmend.com) database of lost and stolen property records to ensure no lost or stolen items are purchased.

If you have received payment from us for a mobile phone or device which we subsequently become aware of an issue relating to ownership, you agree to immediately reimburse us in full, within 3 business days following a written request by us, for any such payment pending an investigation by us or any law enforcement body into ownership of the device or mobile phone.
